A regular contributor to hospitality and cooking schools and gastronomic magazines, he is currently Head Chef and manager of the Restaurant Doņa Filo in Colmenar del Arroyo (Madrid) and the Restaurant Villena (Segovia).
The quality of his cooking and management skills has been acclaimed by critics and the top restaurant guides:
- Restaurante el Chapín de la Reina: One Michelin star and one Campsa Sol.
- Restaurante Doņa Filo: One Michelin star, one Campsa Sol and a class-7 rating in Gourmetour.
- Restaurant Villena: One Michelin star.
